Processing Time
- All orders of in-stock items require 2 to 3 business days for dispatch.
- For orders containing pre-order or backordered items, please note that your order will be held until all items are available to ship. Please check the product page of any pre-order or backordered item for its estimated dispatch date.
Estimated Delivery Times
Once your order has been dispatched, you can use the following transit times to estimate how long it will take for your order to reach you.
- Domestic (U.S.) Shipping:
- Standard Service: Estimated 4 to 7 business days.
- Priority Service: Estimated 2 to 3 business days.
- UPS: Transit times vary depending on the UPS method chosen.
Shipping Internationally?
Please use the region selector in the header or footer of our website to choose international locations not served by this website. If we ship to your country, you’ll be taken to another website to start a new shopping session with shipping to your selected country.
Please note that all delivery times are estimates, and delays can occasionally occur.
Package Protection
We’ve partnered with MonkProtect (a division of our fulfillment partner Shipmonk) to offer delivery protection for your order.
If you encounter any issues with your shipment, such as it being lost, stolen, or damaged, MonkProtect is here to help. After you place your order, you’ll receive a separate email from MonkProtect with instructions on how to report any of these issues directly.
Note: If your Norlan products arrive in unsatisfactory condition or you believe your product to be defective, please contact us directly and we’ll take care of your issue.
Shipping Confirmation & Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, we’ll send a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this number to track your order through our website or the carrier’s tracking page.
Missing or Delayed Shipments
If your shipment is delayed or if you have not received your order within the estimated timeframe, please reach out to us. We’ll do our best to assist you in tracking down your package.
